Extra Low Voltage

NewData designs, installs, and commissions end-to-end low voltage infrastructures that form the backbone of buildings. By unifying all low-current systems within a single architecture—including structured cabling, data/telephony, CCTV, Personnel Attendance Control System (PACS) and turnstiles, fire detection interfaces, public address (PA/voice) systems, intercom, nurse call systems, IPTV–SMATV, and building automation systems (BAS)—we deliver a scalable, fully documented, and long-lasting infrastructure.

Scope and Approach

We deliver low voltage projects in parallel with architectural and mechanical disciplines to create a conflict-free, easy-to-maintain, and growth-ready design. The objective is an infrastructure where systems reinforce each other while minimizing the risk of failures and service interruptions.

  • Cross-disciplinary coordination:  Integrated planning with architecture, electrical, mechanical, and IT teams
  • Single ecosystem: data/voice, CCTV, access control, fire detection, and public address system integration
  • Scalability: reserve capacity planning ready for floor and wing expansions

For a Quick Quotation

Simply share your floor plans and target systems (CCTV, PACS, fire detection, public address, etc.). We will get back to you within the same day with a draft layout, capacity plan, and indicative cost. Make your low voltage infrastructure robust, flexible, and manageable with NewData.

Infrastructure Components

Based on the functional requirements of the project, we design Cat6/6A, single-mode/multimode fiber and coaxial lines together, and establish field and cabinet layouts in compliance with applicable standards.

  • Cabling: Cat6/6A U/UTP–F/UTP; SM/MM fiber; RG-6 coaxial
  • Containment & routing: cable trays, conduits/ducts, shafts, and patch areas
  • Cabinets & rooms: rack layout, environmental conditioning, UPS, and grounding scheme
  • Labeling: unique identification using the outlet–panel–switch port triad

Integrated Systems

We design systems not as standalone components, but to operate as a unified whole—reducing operating costs while enhancing security and traceability.

  • CCTV: PoE-budgeted IP camera networks with event-based recording via VMS
  • PACS / Access Control: card-based and biometric readers with turnstile and door integration
  • Fire & Public Address: EN 54–compliant fire panel interfaces and emergency PA / voice alarm (VA) systems
  • Intercom – IPTV –SMATV: centralized broadcasting with in-room / in-unit terminations

Standards and Compliance

Our designs and implementations are based on TIA/EIA-568, ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173, and applicable local regulations. Special care is taken to comply with grounding and equipotential bonding practices, cable fire classifications, and EMC requirements.

  • Cable fire classifications: halogen-free, flame-retardant LSZH options
  • EMC & interference management: segregation of power and data lines, distance rules, and shielding
  • Grounding: star topology distribution, SPD (surge protection devices), and rack bonding

Every link we deliver is verified with test reports; as-built documentation provides a clear reference for future maintenance and expansions.

  • Copper certification: cable maps, length, NEXT and return loss values
  • Fiber testing: OTDR traces, optical power measurements, and connector end-face inspections
  • Documentation: floor plans, port lists, numbering schemes, and photo-documented reports

We manage every step transparently and reduce risk through interim deliverables; the system is ultimately commissioned with proven, verified performance.

  • Site survey & design: requirements analysis, bandwidth/PoE planning, capacity, and growth targets
  • Implementation: cabling, termination, and cabinet–patch panel organization
  • Integration: CCTV, PACS, fire detection, public address, and BMS interfaces
  • Commissioning: on-site testing, user training sessions, and handover documentation

To ensure ease of operation and continuity, we provide maintenance plans, redundant routing designs, and monitoring recommendations; for critical areas, we recommend dual links and redundant switch architectures.

  • Continuity: cable reserves, redundant uplinks, and fiber backbone
  • Traceability: organized patch areas and cable management accessories
  • Maintenance / SLA: periodic inspections, remote support, and 4/8/24-hour response options

We deliver conflict-free and scalable low voltage solutions for office–plaza, shopping mall–retail, manufacturing–warehouse, education–healthcare, and residential–mixed-use projects, covering both new construction and renovation scenarios.

  • Office / Campus: high-density Wi-Fi, meeting room systems, IP telephony, and CCTV
  • Industrial / Warehouse: outdoor fiber ring topology, perimeter security, PACS and LPR
  • Healthcare/Education: nurse call systems, IP public address, access zoning, and secure network segmentation
