PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION NOTICE

As NewData Information Technologies Inc., the privacy and security of your personal data are of great importance to us.
This Information Notice has been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform you about which personal data we collect, for what purposes we process them, to whom they are transferred, and your rights.

1. PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

Within the scope of NewData’s activities, the following personal data may be processed:

Identity Information: Name, surname, Turkish ID number, date of birth, title.

Contact Information: Phone number, email address, residential address.

Financial Information: Bank account details, invoice and payment records.

Visual / Audio Data: Photo and video recordings obtained via the website or during events.

Digital Data: IP address, cookie records, log data, browser information.

Customer Transaction Information: Offers, orders, service records, communication history.

Employee / Job Application Information: Curriculum vitae (CV), education and work experience details.

2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your collected personal data are processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK for the following purposes:

• Conducting service, project, and contract processes,
• Providing customer communication and support services,
• Performing sales, invoicing, collection, and accounting processes,
• Conducting digital marketing, campaigns, and informational activities,
• Ensuring website, system, and data security,
• Measuring and improving customer satisfaction,
• Managing internal company operations, human resources, and procurement processes,
• Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to requests from authorized public institutions.

3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes stated above, to:

• Authorized public institutions and official authorities,
• Financial advisors, legal consultants, and auditors,
• Our business partners and service providers (hosting, software, email, SMS, analytics, marketing services, etc.),
• Domestic and international companies providing cloud systems or digital service infrastructures,

Transfer of personal data abroad is carried out only to countries providing adequate protection or under agreements approved by the Personal Data Protection Board.

4. METHODS AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data are collected through:

• Our website, contact forms, email, phone, and social media channels,
• Contracts, offers, invoicing processes, and job application forms,
• Cookies and digital platforms,

based on the following legal grounds:

• Establishment and performance of a contract,
• Fulfillment of legal obligations,
• Protection of the Company’s legitimate interests,
• Your explicit consent.

5. STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data are retained for the periods stipulated by the relevant legislation or as long as required for the purposes of processing.
Upon expiration of these periods, your personal data are securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, as data subjects, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data are processed,
• Request information if your personal data have been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred,
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
• Request deletion or destruction of your personal data when the purpose of processing ceases,
• Request notification of such actions to third parties to whom your data have been transferred,
• Object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems,
• Claim compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of your personal data.
