Access Control Systems

NewData makes personnel and visitor flow secure, measurable and fully reportable. By integrating card-based and biometric readers, turnstile and door hardware, control panels, and the PACS software within a single architecture, it enhances security while streamlining human resources processes.

Our Solution Approach

We begin by understanding your operations: entry peak times, shift structures, critical areas and visitor flow. This analysis defines the authorization matrix (who-when-where), device selection and network/topology design. Our goal is to enable fast, frictionless Access while ensuring accurate and error-free data generation.

  • Site survey & risk analysis: entry points, peak hours and emergency scenarios
  • Authorization matrix: person/role-based, time-based and area-based access rights
  • Scalable architecture: an infrastructure designed for multiple locations and growing workforce size

To receive a fast quotation, simply share your entry points, approximate number of users, and payroll integration requirements; we can prepare a draft solution within the same day, including the authorization matrix, device layout, and reporting set.

Reader and Barrier Options

We determine the appropriate authentication technologies based on site conditions, hygiene and aesthetic requirements, and the required security level. Consistent, building-wide access policies are ensured through integrations with elevator systems and parking facilities (LPR).

  • Readers: MIFARE/DesFire cards, PIN, facial/fingerprint recognition, multi-factor authentication
  • Barriers: tripod turnstiles, speed gates, accessible passage gates
  • Locks & accessories: magnetic/electric locks, drop bolts, door closers, emergency buttons
  • Elevator control: floor authorization and time profiles

PACS Software and Reporting

Shift, break, overtime, late arrival, and leave rules are defined within the software; multiple locations are managed from a single, centralized panel. HR and operations teams access accurate, auditable reports from a single source of truth.

  • Planning: shift, break, and rotation schedules
  • Reports: timesheets, department/site man-hour reports, absenteeism, and occupancy analysis
  • Data export: Excel/CSV/PDF formats with automated email scheduling
  • Visitor management: pre-registration, temporary cards, and KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) disclosure

Integrations

We connect the PACS to the core of your operations: data is transferred to payroll/ERP systems, and bi-directional integration is established with CCTV and alarm/fire systems. During an incident, both visual evidence and access decisions are generated within the same ecosystem.

  • Payroll/HR: integrations with Logo, Netsis, SAP, Mikro, and similar systems
  • CCTV: real-time video tagging and photo verification in case of unauthorized access
  • Alarm & fire systems: automatic arming outside working hours; free-pass and fail-safe operation during fire events
  • Parking / LPR: coordinated operation of barriers and the PACS through license plate recognition

We deploy the hardware on-site, address panels and readers, and define authorization groups and time profiles All positive and negative scenarios are tested, and the system goes live with a short training session for operators and HR teams.

  • Network & power: PoE, UPS, and redundant topology
  • Installation: turnstile/door installation, cabling, and termination
  • Configuration: anti-passback, tailgating prevention, and visitor flow management
  • Testing & training: scenario validation, reporting, and timesheet training

Data security is an integral part of the architecture. Card key structures, encrypted communication, and log integrity are standard; data minimization and retention policies are documented in compliance with KVKK.

  • Card security: DesFire EV2/EV3, key management
  • Communication: TLS/SSL between readers, panels, and servers
  • Logging & audit: time-stamped records and change trails
  • KVKK (PDPL): role-based access, retention periods, and data masking

To ensure system continuity, we perform periodic maintenance and remote monitoring; we reduce failure risks through proactive alerts and provide redundancy recommendations for critical points.

  • Periodic checks: readers, turnstiles, locks, and batteries
  • Software: updates and performance optimization
  • Support: remote intervention and 4/8/24-hour SLA options
  • Reporting: monthly system health reports and recommendation lists

Why NewData?

With our vendor-agnostic approach, transparent reporting, and scalable architecture, we transform the Personnel Attendance Control System (PDKS) from a simple access control tool into a decision-support system. By working with a single point of contact from site survey through maintenance, we make costs predictable, processes measurable, and security sustainable.

  • Single ecosystem: access control + CCTV + alarm/fire systems + parking
  • Transparent delivery: as-built drawings, authorization matrix, and report templates
  • Future-ready: flexible capacity for growing locations and workforce
